In the immediate days following the terrorist attack in London, the Workers of England Union looked on in dismay. We reflected on the best ways to support our members who work in London and the optimal time to offer assistance without it being overshadowed by extensive media coverage.

Remembering the Victims and Their Loved Ones

The families and friends of those killed or injured will always remember the day and the profound effect it has had on them. As we begin a new week, many others who work in London will attempt to resume their normal routines, perhaps unaware of the attack’s lasting impact on their well-being.

Praising Our Emergency Services

We salute the emergency services for their courage and bravery that day. We hope these frontline workers have the necessary support and guidance to help them process the events they witnessed.

We Are Here to Help

If you are a member and believe you have been affected by the attack—perhaps only now realising its emotional impact—please contact our office for assistance and guidance. We are committed to providing the resources and support you need.
