Case Summary

After a long and protracted case involving a large NHS Trust in England, the Workers of England Union successfully reinstated our member with his employer and also won the case at the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Member Testimonial

On hearing the good news our member sent us this:

“To Stephen, Good afternoon. I am using this opportunity to express my profound gratitude and to say a ‘BIG’ thank you to yourself, Eddy and the entire WEU for the kind support that was given to me when the employer I worked for terminated my appointment and referred my case to my professional body (NMC).

I have confidence in this union and I am looking forward to recommending any of my colleagues who might need to join a union.

Many thanks
WEU member.”
