Petition for More Bus Toilets in England

Petition for More Bus Toilets in England

| W.E.U Admin | Improving Working Lives

The Workers of England is driving a new campaign to highlight the lack of toilet facilities for bus drivers across the country. This leaflet is aimed at the travelling public to raise awareness of the essential needs of our professional drivers.

The Issue: Missing Toilet Facilities

Every day, bus drivers provide an essential service that keeps our communities moving. Yet many routes offer no convenient access to toilets, leaving drivers with no choice but to wait for breaks that often fail to materialize. This not only affects their dignity and health but can also compromise road safety.

Why It Matters

Without proper facilities, drivers may be forced to:

  • Delay journeys to find public restrooms
  • Compromise their comfort and concentration
  • Suffer health issues over time

How You Can Help

Please support our campaign by:

  • Contacting your local bus operator or council
  • Sharing this leaflet on social media
